WORLD OF FANTASY, SADNESS, AND JOY OF VLASTA BERÁNKOVÁ

Vlasta Baránková has presented her book creations at dozens of exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad (France, Japan, Italy, Germany, Poland, Belgium, South Korea, Austria, and Yugoslavia). She has received numerous domestic and international awards, and her works are represented in many Czech galleries and private collections. She also applied her talent in television production. Among other projects, she contributed to the animated series for children about Lískulka and collaborated on the series by Markéta Zinnerová titled Four Ears on the Meadow. Her illustrations accompany, for example, children's books by Zdeněk Svěrák and Jaroslav Uhlíř.
