Public Procurement

Public procurements are published according to the instructions of the founder and the Directive No. S-09/2018 Rules for the Awarding of Public Contracts by the Ústí Region and its established contributory organizations, excluding the contributory organizations Transport Company of the Ústí Region and Road Administration and Maintenance of the Ústí Region.

The publication of small-scale public procurements takes place in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 6.1 of Directive No. S-09/2018, where public procurements with an estimated value exceeding 250,000 CZK are published on the contracting authority's profile.

Since May 1, 2022, public procurements with an estimated value exceeding 500,000 CZK have been published.
