DetailUlrika von Levetzow - grand opening of the exhibition

14.11.2019

We would like to invite you to THE GRAND OPENING OF THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION OF ULRIKA VON LEVETZOW

When: 14. 11. 2019 at 5 PM

Where: Regional Museum and Gallery in Most, p. o., Čsl. armády 1360

The exhibition replaces the previous installation, which has been enriched especially with modern and multimedia exhibition elements and language mutations. The exhibited artifacts come from the extensive estate of Ulrika von Levetzow, which has been part of the collections of the Most museum since 1900. Baroness Ulrika gained worldwide fame as the last love and muse of Johann Wolfgang Goethe. The story of the unfulfilled and unreciprocated love of the aging poet is among the greatest love stories in European history. Ulrika von Levetzow was a fascinating personality, representing literally the best of the entire 19th century.
