A collection of 12 postcards depicting the costumes of metallurgical officials and employees from the early 18th century from the museum's collections.

This is a reproduction of selected engravings from a total of 24 representations by Christoph Weigel from the book:

Abbildung und Beschreibung derer sämtlichen Schmeltz-Hütten-Beamten und Bedienten nach ihrem gewöhnlichen Rang und Ordnung im behörigen Hütten-Habit,

published in Nuremberg in 1721.

The set of postcards was published by the mining and metallurgical publishing house: Prometheus Prague VIII. – 94. The postcards are oriented vertically, with dimensions of 90 mm width x 140 mm height.
